Your new role

• Optimize workflow and implement processes for manufacturing of new products.
• Create a workforce plan that includes skills, positions, headcount, and culture. Additionally, provide the production unit management team the authority to oversee daily operations and adapt to changing business demands in line with the strategy.
• Maintain environmental norms and laws and guarantee the quality of all manufactured goods. Ensure that equipment is qualified, ready, and available. Control the flow of materials.
• Verify that commercial items are produced in line with GMP rules and validated, documented methods that have been approved by QA.
• Take the helm of an operational excellence culture. Make suggestions for new machinery and procedures that will create a productive and successful production environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, engineering, or a related field with specialization.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience, including overseeing headcount, budgetary responsibility, and in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• At least 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in English in verbal and written.
